Important principle: this app should not become a second disconnected backend. It is the mobile face of the SERVIIIS Merchant OS and should gradually become useful to merchants even before SERVIIIS sends them their first customer.

What is intentionally not defined yet

CRM, staff management, inventory, analytics dashboards, campaigns, payments, accounting, permissions, automation rules and technical integrations are deliberately left for later deep dives. The concept is frozen first around the three pillars above.
